If you created your account before the 1st of November 2017 and you have not logged in since then, you will have to reset your password.
This means that the combination of your username and password is incorrect. Please make sure that you entered the right username and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset is by clicking 'Forgot password'.
That account doesn't exist
This means that you entered an username that does not exist on FineFriends. Please make sure that you entered the right username.

Activate your account to log in.
After you have created your account, you have to activate it. To do so, check your email, and open the email we sent you. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder. If it is not in there, please wait for a while and check again. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Your account has been disabled.
You cannot login, because your account has been disabled. The reason for this is that you violated one or more of our rules.
I need to provide a two factor authentication code.
If you enabled Two Factor Authentication for your account you will need to provide an extra code to login. If you do not have access to any of the active verification methods, you can use your backup code to login. You can use this code only once, so please update your verification methods if you lost access to them after using the backup code.
