Why do I need reputation to create a new space?

You need at least 100 reputation points to create a new space. This is done to prevent creation of spaces by users with a low reputation. If you are a new user, it is quite simple to get to 100 point. Just by uploading a profile photo and cover photo, you gain enough access to create a space.
