Signing in on a device that's not yours

Private browsing
Every now and then, you might use a device that others use as well. If you use such a device, you should login using the browsers' private mode. If you do that, others won't be able to use your account and cannot see what pages and sites you visited.
How do I use the private mode?
It depends on what browser and device you are using. Here are the steps on how to use private mode for some popular browsers and devices.
Computer
Google Chrome
- On a computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click the button with a name or People.
- Click Guest.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the window. You'll be signed out.
Firefox
- On a computer, open Firefox.
- At the top right, click the button with the three bars.
- Click New Private Window.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the window. You'll be signed out.
Safari
- On a computer, open Safari.
- At the top left, click File.
- Click New Private Window.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the window. You'll be signed out.
Microsoft Edge
- On a computer, open Edge.
- At the top left, click the three dots.
- Click New InPrivate Window.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the window. You'll be signed out.
Android
Google Chrome
- On a Android device, open Chrome.
- At the top right, tap the three dots.
- Tap New incognito tab.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the incognito tab(s). You'll be signed out.
Firefox
- On a Android device, open Firefox.
- Open the menu in the top right.
- Tap New Private Tab.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the private tab(s). You'll be signed out.
iOS
Safari
- On a iOS device, open Safari.
- At the top right, tap the icon with two squares.
- Tap Private, then tap done.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the incognito tab(s). You'll be signed out.
Google Chrome
- On a iOS device, open Chrome.
- At the top right, tap the three dots.
- Tap New incognito tab.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the incognito tab(s). You'll be signed out.
Firefox
- On a iOS device, open Firefox.
- Tap square with the number in it in the bottom bar.
- Tap the mask button at the top.
- You can now use FineFriends like you normally would.
- When you're done, close the private tab(s). You'll be signed out.
